If you wish to return your WOLF purchase please contact US & Canada customer services within 14 working days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorisation with full instructions.
Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging, otherwise you may be charged a 20% restocking fee. Please note all return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
WOLF products are covered by a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please register your purchase to activate warranty.

Equipped with a long-life rechargeable lithium-ion battery, The Rocket boasts approximately 45 Days battery life (when fully charged).
The Rocket's rechargeable lithium-ion battery, paired with USB Type-C charging, guarantees your watch is always ready for your next adventure.
TURNS PER DAY
The winder rotates 900 Turns Per Day in both clockwise and counter-clockwise directions at a speed of 6 rotations per minute (rpm).
All WOLF winders feature pause and sleep phases so It can never over wind the watch. This allows for perfect exercising of your watch’s mainspring.
