Deliveries & Returns

DELIVERY

FREE Shipping is available for all orders. All orders are sent via EXPRESS shipping services.

Bulky items such as cabinets and safes may require a different courier service and are subject to longer lead times.

Deliveries are made by our courier network from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If the driver is unable to deliver to you, they will leave a notification card in your letter box to arrange an alternative delivery or a pickup location (depending on the carrier). A signature is required for all deliveries.

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation, occurring from Monday to Friday. However, potential delays may transpire during promotional periods.

Delivery Time Frames
Metro areas: 1 - 5 business days
Regional areas: 3 - 7 business days for regional areas.
Delivery estimates may be longer during Christmas and is dependant on the logistical capacities of our couriers.

Returns:
Authorisation for returns must be sought within 14 working days of order receipt. Products are expected to be returned in a pristine, unused state and within the original packaging. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Warranty

WOLF products are covered by a 5 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please register your purchase to activate warranty.
